I opened the doors to my first Virtual Assistant business in 1996. In 2002
I recognized the opportunity that becoming a niche' specific Virtual Assistant offered.
So, with more than 8 years of in-house real estate experience behind me, I began concentrating in Real Estate Support Services.
My business took off and I haven't looked back since!
As an
industry leader, I have been recognized and have been a
speaker at Michael Russer's "Mr. Internet" conferences,
several State Realtor associations, a featured VA for AssistU, Mentor and Coach for AssistU, and Mentor and
Coach for IVAA members. Kathy has attended and spoken at
many real estate industry conferences and conventions,
including the Allen F. Hainge CyberStar Summit and the
National Association of Realtors Conventions.
I have been fortunate in business and my expertise
has been highly recognized by today's Real Estate
professionals. I continue to work with Howard Brinton's STARs and
Allen Hainge's CyberStars today. I attended the
CyberStar Summit in Scottsdale January 10-12th in 2010.
These venues are excellent opportunities for Real Estate
Assistants to further their education and experience.
I am completely dedicated to the
Real Estate Virtual
Assistant industry today and volunteer many hours to
keep other REVAs on the cutting edge. As such, I have
been the Director for IREAA contributing time and
expertise for producing and editing the monthly ezine/newsletter;
Mentoring and Coaching for both AssistU and IVAA and am
now working with Kim Hughes on another venture to train
Real Estate Assistants to prepare them to support
clients in their own Real Estate Assistant businesses.
My degree is in Business Administration/Business and
Marketing. My experience has allowed me to apply this
for my client's business to help them take their
business to a new level.
Always active, I continue to expand my education
and experience whenever
the opportunity arises. Currently, I am working on
obtaining my
Real Estate Personal Assistant
(REPA)
certification as well as most any webinars that Vendors
offer (paid and definitely, free!)
